Pesaro possiede tradizioni culturali antiche, un patrimonio storico artistico di grande valore, ma è anche una città proiettata nel futuro con i progetti di smart city e le nuove strutture e proposte come il Centro Arti Visive Pescheria e la Biblioteca San Giovanni. Una piacevole sorpresa è rappresentata dai numerosi parchi e giardini, ampie e curate oasi verdi che segnano la città sia dentro che appena fuori il perimetro del centro storico, o anche dai mercati cittadini e da quello dell’antiquariato.

La città offre tutte le opportunità di un centro storico di antica origine ancora oggi vivo, densamente popolato, ricco di luoghi interessanti. Numerose botteghe artigiane si scoprono nelle viuzze, laboratori e negozi che presentano le produzioni odierne della famosa e secolare tradizione della “ceramica pesarese”, antiquari, librerie, negozi specializzati.

Un nuovo progetto è nato da qualche anno, è bastato un Citroën Hy anni ’60, colore giallo limone, per permettere a Carlo Betti e Laura Bonaparte di unire le loro passioni, cucina, viaggi, musica per far nascere Il Furgoncino: street food in giro per Pesaro.

food_marche (7)La storia di Carlo Betti inizia nel 1976, quando nasce radio Veronica, in un periodo in cui radio significava libertà, lui fu uno dei primi speakers. Poi dopo un periodo di pausa torna a radio Veronica nel 2003, ma la radio non era più la stessa e l’atmosfera era diversa, questo clima non era più nelle corde libere e selvagge di Carlo.

Per questo il Furgoncino, oltre ad offrire cibo, offre anche buona musica, da Elvis ai Beatles ai Pearl Jam passando per i REM e tutto ciò che è Rock ‘n Roll.

I piatti che si possono assaggiare al Furgoncino sono un’alchimia di tanti ingredienti, che hanno sortito la miscela giusta: solo panini, ma particolari, molti col pesce, panini dai sapori elaborati con ingredienti come ricotta mantecata, salmone, pompelmo rosa e zucchine alla menta, o quello dai sapori forti, con pecorino stagionato del Monte Nerone, acciughe, cipolle di Tropea e senape.

Punto di forza è anche la posizione, non in strada come i classici street food, ma parcheggiato nella vigna della Fattoria Mancini, a Pesaro. Esperienza unica è entrare in una vigna, che fino all’altro ieri era un ambiente di lavoro riservato agli addetti, e ora è diventato un posto di svago; bellissima, suggestiva e che produce uno dei vini più ambiti del territorio, la posizione aiuta tanto e qui vige la regola dell’informalità: avendo soltanto 30 sedie, qualche tavolino o botte per appoggiare i bicchieri, in molti portano plaid o teli, si siedono in cima alla vigna e guardano il tramonto socializzando in attesa del panino.
