Sleeping Cool_Capofaro Malvasia & Resort

Un atollo piccolissimo, con una superficie di appena 27 Kmq, che vanta paesaggi da meraviglia e ben tre bellissime spiagge e sei vulcani, l’Isola di Salina, è forse la più suggestiva delle isole dell’incantevole arcipelago delle Eolie. Il territorio possiede una natura singolare e maestosa, al suo interno ospita tra i più antichi vulcani della Sicilia, situati a Pizzo di Corvo, Monte Rivi e vicino a Capo Faro. Le spiaggie sono riservate e si raggiungo facilmente solo via mare.

È qui che sorge il Capofaro Malvasia & Resort, nato dall’amore per la vite ed il mare della famiglia Tasca d’Almerita, simbolo della viticultura siciliana. Immerso nei 7 ettari di vigneto Malvasia, il frutto più nobile delle Isole Eolie. Un’uva importata sull’isola dai primi coloni greci e che se raccolta precocemente fornisce vini secchi di buona acidità , con note di erbe aromatiche e floreali, se raccolta a maturazione avanzata e con un breve appassimento fornisce ottimi vini dolci.

Capofaro Malvasia & Resort è il luogo adatto per chi ama immergersi nella natura incontaminata. Diciotto camere immerse tra le vigne, i fichi d’India e le bougainvillae, situate in strutture separate, e distribuite nel vigneto. I profili di Stromboli e Panarea compaiono in lontanaza: un suggestivo panorama, a strapiombo sul mare, che si può ammirare dai terrazzi delle camere ombreggiate da puleri e cannizzi, illuminate dal bagliore del vecchio faro.

Negli spazi ampi e luminosi si possono ammirare le classiche architetture delle case mediterranee, arricchiti da quei dettagli di design contemporaneo che riprendono le atmosfere ricercate degli hotel di charme.
